Clean room, excellent staff. Food was excellent also. One advise: need to put larger TVs in the room. The distance from the bed to the TV makes it difficult to watch, and I believe those are the original TV's since I stayed there a few years ago and they're the same ones.

The hotel is on a busy street but once you enter the property it’s lovely. All the staff we met were helpful. There were lots of families enjoying the pool. The excellent breakfast served daily was a nice surprise.

Cubita for the weekend

I found my room to be clean. The cleaning ladies are friendly. Genesis is helpful at the front desk. Bartender makes an iced coffee that is the best in Panama.

An oasis in Chitre!

What a find in Chitre. Our stay was amazing as it provided some much needed rest and relaxation on our 3 week self-tour of Panama. Room & bed were very comfortable. Great location with ample parking. Well designed hotel with great outdoor pool. Amazing employees were helpful, patient (with our attempts at Spanish), and made our stay enjoyable.

La Cubita Resort offers a mix of charm and practicality. The secured parking is a definite plus, and the staff is incredibly friendly, always making you feel welcome. The colonial-style architecture is quite pleasant, adding a nice touch of character to the stay. However, there are a few drawbacks. The lack of an elevator could be an issue for anyone with mobility challenges, so requesting a main-floor room is essential in such cases. The rooms are basic, offering nothing particularly special, and unfortunately, the fridge in our room didn’t work during our stay. The on-site restaurant is average, adequate for convenience but not memorable. Overall, it’s a decent option for a short stay, especially if you value friendly service and a safe environment.

We stayed three nights in 3104. Not a great place to stay. Parking was fine. Hotel staff okay. Room was average at best. Safe combo didn’t work. Requested assistance but they couldn’t get it to work. Hot water was luke warm at best. The sink drain is held in place with a piece of wire. Not very appealing and obviously doesn’t function as it should.

It was my first time in Cubitá. I arrived at 11pm and the first room that we got assigned, the AC didn’t cool. They change my room and it was perfect. Breakfast is not more than bread and eggs. If you breakfast with chicken and beef, then you are cover. They a pool and a supermarket. Water pressure in the room is awesome. I totally recommend staying in this hotel with your family.

Good hotel, great location, comfortable rooms but, the staff was terrible, not just with the costumer experience and etiquette, also in the amount of people part of the staff, for large volumes of clientes you need more staff. Yet, to be constructive I'm just trying to alert the hotel with this comment a potential customer service problem, an issue easy to fix. Needs a little more work.

Dirty place. Same debris on stairs our entire stay. Booger with hair stuck to our room wall. Hair in bed. Breakfast well below average in quality exactly the same food every day. Breakfast staff interacted with us like they wished we would die.
