"Our ground floor room was a little loud but it’s a cute place 2 blocks to shops and restaurants. Breakfast was lovely and fun to see other guests. Very comfortable bed with fragrance free bed sheets 👍👍👍. Hosts here sweet and helpful. They need to open the front and back door at least once a day for a little while to “burp” the house as the air was a little stagnant inside."

"Arrived and check in was easy. They gave us a complimentary bag of some snacks. The room was clean, and had a frigerator and safe. The bathroom ammentities were great. My hair was so soft after a shower. Ice on 2nd floor by fire pits. Nice place to eat, rest and enjoy the outside after walking around the area. Which we were only a couple blocks away from street to Aquarium and the shops. In fact a couple blocks away from CVS, Starbucks and surrounded by restaurants. Cafe across the street was...

"We stayed in the King Cottage, and we loved it! The bed was comfortable, there was a desk, couch, fireplace, closet, and kitchenette. The restroom had a porcelain tub and was as spotless as was the rest of the cottage. The property was beautiful and the landscaping was breathtaking with all the variety of plants, flowers, and fountains. We could smell lavender all day! Management was friendly and helpful, and there were pastries, teas, coffee, yogurt, hard-boiled eggs, and cookies out to enjoy...

"The room was so clean and it was so beautiful. We stayed in “ The cottage “ and the view was beautiful. The property clean as well. The location was perfect to walk around and so close to the beach. The breakfast was supper good as well. They had a breakfast special and then three other options if you didn’t want the special. Staff was supper friendly and the property was very safe, quiet, and well maintained."

"We liked the fact it was close to Asilomar Beach, Safeway grocery store, Monterey and Carmel. Free parking, Microwave & fridge. Sufficient usb and outlets. We didn’t like the bathroom. The roll in shower had grab bars but no place for personal products. The bathroom towels were hanging on the grab bar in the shower when we checked in, so they got wet when we turned the shower on. "The property is very beautiful! Plus the room was spacious as well!! We had parked our car in front of our room which was nice! The staff was very helpful especially Suzy she helped us and understood our situation for which I’m very grateful! We will be coming back soon!!!"

"The property was clean and the staff were pleasant. However, when we checked into our room there were used room service trays outside the door and our room wasn’t cleaned the next day. No one answered the phone number for service, so we had to go to the front desk to ask for towels so we could shower."
