"Es una buena opción para la zona donde está… hay muy buena atención de los empleados, está limpio y en una buena zona, solo la habitación es muy pequeña (normal por la zona en la que está), y no es un hotel tan cómodo para estancia larga, pero para pocas noches funciona bien. Algo a tomar en cuenta es que en la habitación con una cama y 1 baño, hay poca privacidad entre el baño y el resto de la habitación, por lo que solo lo recomendaría para parejas. En general creo que es una buena opción...

"Fantastic location, just a 5 min walk from Victoria station. Staff are great, so friendly. Room was lovely. It didn’t have the advertised chandelier though. The wardrobe wasn’t tall enough for my maxi dresses but i was able to hang them on the outside which was fine. Plenty of hangers. Gorgeous cake and cookies in room on arrival. "It's nice enough for a short break and centrally located. However, the rooms are small, the bed was basically the width of the room and up against the window. If you're staying as a couple and prone to needing the loo in the night, you may need to climb over your partner. If you're on that side there is nowhere to put stuff or plug stuff in. There were a few finishing touches missing like the ends of the rails for the sliding doors. You can't fill the sink and there's no fridge or safe. The...

"The location of the property is great but the rooms are not good. The room was dusty and had a strange smell. The conditioner was missing in my room. There are water refill stations outside near the elevator which took forever to refill. For a 4 star hotel they charge to use an umbrella, which no other hotels do. The hotel is not worth the price "
