"Close and convenient for a layover. Toilet flushed super loud and if you sleep light, ask that you not be put near the elevators. The shuttle has an on demand app which is great and it runs every 20 mins, 24 hours a day . But it takes you only to and from Colombia circle. Some hotel shuttles take you to your terminal in the morning."

"From the moment we walked in to check in, I could tell service was gonna be exceptional. It was very clean, it was beautiful and close to the train and bus station, and the staff were so kind! Will stay here again next time I visit."

"The building is pretty easy to find as it is orange. There is a secured underground parking garage around the block & is less than a 5 minute walk. Yankee Stadium was a less than 10 minute walk. There are a couple of vending machines on different floors. Breakfast was good for the price. Fresh made waffles, cereal, toast, yogurts, HB eggs, fruit, coffee & a selection of juices. The breakfast room has an attendant who kept everything stocked & tidy. The room was basic but well decorated & cozy....

"The property was very nice, very clean. I loved the restaurant and a bar. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Our check in was super fast and easy. The management followed up on our check in experience, which was surprising in a very possitive way. Perfect location to JFK. I wish were were able to experience fee breakfast, but our flight was too early. Highly recomend it."

"We didn’t realize that the room came with king size bed. We requested a roller bed and they did not have one. Secondly the hair dryer was torn off the wall. They never put it back on. One thing that I did like was that the rooms were clean."
