"Do NOT book this hotel unless you want to be without a place to stay. I personally called this hotel and spoke to Travis and told him we had a late flight and it would be closer to midnight before we checked in, he said it was fine and would hold our room. I also messaged there hotel to be safe and told them the same thing to be double sure. After a day of flying we called called for the shuttle at 1145 and they informed me they gave our room away. NYC raining at night with kids all exhausted...

"Walking in from the cold, greeted by friendly staff and the offer of cheesecake bites and a glass of bubbles. Yes, please! Bed was comfortable, room felt both hip and clean, and food was pretty solid in the hotel restaurant for breakfast. Very easy walk over to Brooklyn Paramount if you are staying in area to hit a show. Also very easy access to public transit. "
