"The hotel was clean, safe, and the staff were very helpful. Unfortunately, what we booked was not available. The lazy river was not available because they were still constructing it. They also did not have the shuttle to the parks available. Everything else was as booked. Great king-size beds and spacious rooms."

"I stayed there with my family while on a trip to Disney. I was a little worried bc it’s one of the cheapest hotels, but I would definitely stay there again. First off, it’s a Christian hotel and they have random inspirational Bible verses all over. Breakfast is free and there’s good choices, eggs, yogurt, waffles, coffee, oatmeal, sausage, fruits, rooms are clean. The only thing they don’t have a microwave in the room but they do have microwaves in a sitting area on the 2nd floor for customers to use. The lobby looks nice. There’s an outdoor pool, there’s a bathroom near the pool area and there are towels available by the pool. The hotel is by a lake, there’s hammocks and seats where you can just sit and watch the water. Do not even think about going in the water bc there’s alligators and snakes, but I didn’t see any. The hotel is in a good neighborhood, plenty of restaurants and stores around, lots of food options. It’s about 30 mn away from the Disney parks and 30 mn from Orlando airport. My kids love it. I think the Disney hotels are way too expensive. Free breakfast is a plus!!"

"Miss Iris (Iraida) was so nice 🙂 and sweet. Very professional and knowledgeable. She provided excellent customer service. Easy check in. Breakfast consisted of waffles, biscuits with gravy, fresh fruits, eggs, orange juice, bacon, sausage. The room we had was huge and very clean, the hotel itself was clean. The pool area was clean as well. "
