"Price, location, safety, cleanliness and heat/air are all superb. The room is of course small. It’s hard for a second person to climb onto the bed. There’s no safe. Room service is done every 3 days but towels and supplies (coffee and tea) are supplied every day. Overall, it’s a great value."

"Great location to the train station, and downstairs has convenience store. Room and bed was good size for 2 adults and 1 toddler. Bathroom had a shower and tub. Would stay at hotel again."

"Awesome hotel right across the Temmabashi Train Station which also has the Keihan City Mall with multiple eateries and shopping stores. Check in was a breeze and front desk staff was very helpful. The rooms are nice and clean, lots of room, and the shower was the best! You have a tub and other shower options. The AC in the room was great after a long day out. Plus the maid service was excellent with cleaning options you can choose on a small iPad between the beds. The hotel gets quite busy at times and they do have a breakfast buffet in the lobby. Highly recommended for your stay in Osaka. A+"

"The staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was large, especially by Japan typical standards. Amenities were plentiful. I didn’t even have to break out any of my own toiletries. Breakfast had a good selection that I didn’t feel like I was eating the same thing each day. Convenient to metro and all the sights. Would stay again. "

"The staff at MyStays Otemae were extremely kind & helpful. Every time we had a request they immediately did their best to fulfill it. After we checked out they let us store our bags in their office while we made a last shopping trip to Namba.When we returned soaking wet because of the terrible weather, Tsubouchi-san & Watanabe-san provided hand towels so we could dry our clothes & allowed us to repack our bags. Then Nakata-san & Satomi-San called several taxi companies but they were all booked up and they tried & tried until they were able to reserve a taxi to take us to the Kansai Airport Limousine bus stop. All the staff went beyond the call of duty to help us. That why this was our 4th time staying there whenever we visit Osaka for the past 4 years!"
