The first thing that stood out was how small our room was. Tiny desk. No closet, just a small bar with hangars. It was pretty tight with our 2 suitcases and 2 backpacks. That being said I would definitely stay here again. Staff are wonderful and it feels secure. There is a laundry room on the 2nd floor (small but definitely doable). Rooms have ample outlets to charge devices and there is even an ethernet cable if you have a laptop. Air conditioning works well. There is a buffet breakfast on the first floor (1400 Y). Easy access to metro and train stations. We flew into Kansai aiport, caught the Nankai express metro and from there was able to walk underground practically all the way to our hotel. Lots of restaurants and shops underground. Oops back to hotel. Im giving 4 stars due to the size of the room but as mentioned I would definitely stay there again. We used this hotel as our base and traveled to Uji, Nara, Kyoto, Arima, and Kobe in addition to exploring Osaka. As previously mentioned staff was excellent

Not so clean the carpets stained the bed sheets stained and hallways smelled like cigarettes. Was affordable and very close to many sites. Overall not bad for the price.

The only reason why i would not give it 5 stars is that they give you 2 pillows and the duvet is not long enough for the bed. Its extremely uncomfortable for tall people. But overall extremely nice

This is a 2-star hotel at best. Room isn’t clean, dirt/web accumulated in room corners. Pretty much everything is self-service. Paid breakfast is of worst quality of all hotels I stayed during my 2 weeks traveling through Japan. I don’t care too much for the noisy and dizzying area either.

This hotel was not bad. Staff are friendly, free amenities are nice and convenient location. But the hotel cleaniness is not good. Carpet has many stains, bathroom floors, shower curtain has stains and snot stuck of it. Think they need to do major cleaning.and renovation.

The hotel is super central and a minute's walk from Dotonbori or the Nipponbashi train station. The room I had was perfect for what I needed. Yes, it is small, but you pay exactly what you get for and you get a comfortable bed, a hot shower and all the amenities are included. The staff was always helpful and the check in and check out process was quick and easy.

Wonderful stay. Staff was friendly & made an effort to try to help us when we had questions. The free breakfast was good. Room is small as expected (note that you cannot open your luggage all the way unless it’s in the bed) you make it work though and it’s not too bad. Location is great close to transit stations & lots of food areas (Dotonbori & Kuromon Market).

Close to the entrance of Dontonburi for food and shopping. The subway is a short walk away to get to Universal Studios, Kyoto or Nara for day trips. A short walk across the main street is the famous Kuromon Food Market for street food. The 7-11 and Lawson is a short walk away as well for drinks and snacks.
