"Air conditioning was very bad during our stay. Even with the AC fan set to high, it barely felt like any air was coming out. The thermostat was set to 20°C, which is the lowest setting, but the room still felt very hot, especially at night. We stayed for 3 nights and were sweating every night because of how warm the room was. We complained to the front desk multiple times, but they said they could not do anything about it. They also did not have fans to provide. One staff member even suggested using the humidifier as a fan. If you are coming from a cold place or you are a hot sleeper, I would recommend choosing a different hotel."

"Great location in Osaka. Easy walk to transport, shops, restaurants and the river with parks,markets and rose gardens. Comfortable bed and good shower highly recommended. 😊"
