"Modern budget friendly hotel with comfortable beds. Rooms are small but functional, the bathroom whilst still small was bigger than most hotels I’ve stayed at in Japan which was a bonus. Rooms were very clean as was the rest of the hotel. Only minor downsides were that there is only 2 lifts for a hotel with 18 floors so can be waiting for quite a while to get it. There is a laundry room but unfortunately there’s only 2 machines which are in constant use due to the size of the hotel - would be better if there were a couple more machines to use. Apart from that we had an excellent stay here, the area is quiet but close to the metro and it’s easy to get to other parts of Osaka."

"Nice room, although compact but not tiny. Comfy beds and nice quality linens. Polite staff. We didn't take the breakfast option, but we had a small fridge & kettle in the room to make our morning coffee. Nice central location."
