"Our room was very dated with orange furniture and the couch had stains on the cushions, But I could’ve lived with that. However, the porcelain of the bathroom sink in room 304 was breaking down, and there were large rust spots and bare spots showingthrough the porcelain in the sink. The toilet seat was worn down in several spots to the wood, and there was black mold on the backsplash bathroom vanity. "Great newer/refreshed hotel for your Seaside visit. One of the most comfortable hotels beds I've slept on in a while. Comfortable rooms, super friendly staff and fantastic location only a block from the beach. Unfortunately the EV chargers were not working but the staff worked their butts off to try to get them going. Highly recommend."

"Clean room. A bit out of town but view of the ocean. Laundry requires an app where you have to put set amount of money in so not real convenient as probably won’t use again so some money sitting. Nice pool and hot tub area. Play area for kids but not available during our stay."

"The room was clean, but the beds were not really comfortable and the pillows. The only other concern when I have stayed in hotels over the years I was able to check in earlier. This hotel was all most 30 mins after the 4 check in. I had to call and complain and then they were able to get my room ready. I had my 7 year old grandson with me, and he was tired. Over all it was a fine stay!"

"Clean is room and staffs was friendly, I was able to check in early than 4pm and it was very helpful when traveling with young kids. Breakfast was great but was hoping to have more variety on hot food. Pool is dark and small, water is not so clear, and we only swam one time. Walking distance to other attractions and view is great from the patio. Would like to stay next time."

"Moved into three rooms before getting a room that didn’t have electrical issues, each time I was told they thought those issues had been resolved. Place need’s major overhaul."

"It was great to be close to the beach but the room was old. Plunger next to the toilet was a definite bad sign. Carpet smelled musty and bed was really uncomfortable."
