Nice clean hotel. I got a room upgrade which I was grateful for. The room was nice and tidy (the cleaners do a wonderful job).
I had my tampons and pads stored under the sink overnight, and come morning they were all soaked through. I informed the hotel there must be a leak under the sink. Over the few days I was there, I did notice that there always seemed to be water beside the toilet at night/morning, so I feel like that is leaking as well.
The door rattles every time a door opens or closes in the hallway, which was a little unsettling at night when you're trying to sleep.
Now, in regards to the bed. It's "king" sized, but it's two smaller mattresses pushed together, so you can't sleep in the middle of the bed. One side was softer than the other as well (I use the word "soft" lightly). I was booked for 6 nights but ended up leaving a night early as I couldn't bear another night on that bed. The mattress was very firm and I could feel every spring. I was taking pain medication every night before bed in order to sleep because it was so uncomfortable. I Informed staff of this when I checked out early.
Cannot fault the staff at all, they were all lovely.
Would I stay here again? Probably not if I needed to stay longer than 1 night, just because of the bed.
