Staff Mandie was excellent, she was able to get our two year old into a full swim session. It meant so much to us as she was only there for one night and all she wanted to do was swim. "Hotel was ideal for our needs. location and view from our room, of Niagara Falls was unsurpassed. But $50 a day to park our car leaves a really bad taste! Apparently most of the hotels close to the Falls charge this and more."

"Room was clean as usual, with comfy beds. Staff is always professional, attentive, and exceptional in their customer service. Family-friendly. Their restaurant Reign has delicious food and service. Location is also very convenient, walkable, close to lots of restaurants, shopping and the entertainment district. Fitness centre and pool area is clean and always wonderful to use. "

"Parking is atrocious. Staff initially told us the valet was not available, which had us searching forever for a parking space. We planned chill mom-daughter night but there were no robes in the room. Amazon Prime would not load. Door would not unlock. Overall, not at seamless as I was hoping for for a high-end hotel. "
