"A welcome change from London hotels. Nice little Italian lady looking after the guests."

"Great place to stay, with the option of using the kitchen which has all the basics. Access close by to the DLR, Elizabeth and jubilee lines and Uber Boat. Lots of places to eat and drink all around, also large and small supermarkets close by. Only drawback is the lack of Aircon. Extremely hot dats with only a fan in the room. Hopefully something they are looking into."

"I loved this hotel. A+ staff. Rooms were bigger than any other I'd stayed in in London. Yes, It's not in downtown London, but if you walk 10 minutes you're at the Elizabeth Line that takes you right in. OH and the Elizabeth Line runs all the way to the airport. This was a great find!"

"El sitio esta limpio, es agradable y cuenta con todo. El desayuno es muy completo, tiene sauna y gimnasio y las habitaciones son grandes. Lo que no nos gusto son los espejos "distorsionados" por toda la habitacion que mareaban un poco. Por lo demas, es perfecto."

"The property for us was very clean, well diverse, and had friendly and helpful staff. The location couldn't have been better suited with public transportation around London within a few minutes. All necessary stores was within walking distance, including restaurants, supermarkets and even a huge shopping mall. There is also lots of Caribbean (West Indian) heritage in the area and the hotel honored that with some rooms named after some Islands."

"The property was lovely , the room beautiful clean and well stocked. All of the staff were so helpful friendly and accommodating. The hotel is located v close to the dlr and a short walk to both Elizabeth’s line and jubilee . Would stay here again for sure."

"The hallways were very dirty and in need of a vacuum. We booked a room (209) for 3 people. The 3rd bed (sofa bed) hadn’t been made when we checked in so we asked it to be done. We were assured it would be done in the evening but when we came home at 11.30pm it still hadn’t been done. So we had to ask again…it was done after midnight….waiting to go to bed is not ideal. I don’t rate this hotel at all."

"Excellent location as we were watching a show at the O2 arena. A piece of history in the middle of high rise buildings. It’s been lovingly restored and maintained with quirky design elements to it. They had great breakfast choices and had a relaxed atmosphere. I love these kinds of places. Just the relaxing weekend my husband needed."

"Our stay here went without a hitch. Kitchen was fully equipped, everything was clean and bed linen was nice and fresh. No complaints about the room at all as it was just as described. The walls are a bit thin so you can hear noises from outside in the corridor and across the rooms so just be aware incase you get some rowdy neighbours 😅"

"Room was spotless, very fresh, albeit on the small side, but with Aircon. No tea making facility in the room. Reasonably close to Canary Wharf Tube station - 15 minute walk. Staff very freindly, and easy DIY check-in."
