No phone to borrow even when we are willing to pay for the usage. The Staff at the reception was unable to help or either did not bother to help with anything even when we complaint there were smell in the room or the device in the room was malfunction. another matter is was on the booking of room. book and paid for 3 person but the room was for 2 person.

Book for 3 pax. Added a bed for son and there limited space to walk. No floor space to open a luggage, have to put on the bed to open.

The area is not as crowded as tokyo.
The hotel is not bad but the rooms are a little small. There were 4 of us and it was tight. The area is close to shops and restaurant. Walking distance to train station.
