"We stayed for a concert at the O2 rather than paying the stupid prices for the Excel situated properties (most of which need a lot of TLC) and we couldn't have been happier. Transport didn't take much longer than the Jubilee/DLR combo we usually use and the hotel was significantly nicer. Great staff, breakfast was excellent and the room very comfortable. Would thoroughly recommend"

The beds were so uncomfortable and mattress stained with what looked to be blood. Beds were cheap and could have collapsed at any point! "The room was basic but perfect for what I needed. There was also a fan in the room which was much appreciated due to the time of year. The shower worked well and the room was clean. The only slight issues I had were that - The blind wasn't fit for purpose and let the light through in the early hours. The window was so small I ended up putting a pillow in the gap to block it out 😂 - I could feel the springs in the bed through the night. The mattress could definitely do with being replaced....
