"This was my second time staying at this hotel and I feel it is getting a little tired looking. Also they are not very keen to give you extra towels you have to ask all the time. On a positive note the location is excellent for touring London. It also has a large shopping mall next to it. "

The hotel itself was clean and elegant with very comfortable rooms featuring great sheets and bedding. The bathroom was also lovely. "Great hotel to stay at if your going to the Abba Voyage show. Rooms spacious and clean. Hotel staff excellent, really helpful and nothing was any bother. Reception organised a taxi to and from the show and also to train station the following day, which saved a lot of hassle and the service provided by the taxi service was so efficient. "

"I recently stayed at YOTELPAD Stratford and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. When we arrived, the cleanliness was not up to standard. The glasses in the room were dirty, and despite reporting this, housekeeping never came to resolve the issue. We also found someone else’s hair in the shower, and there was noticeable dust on the tables and kitchenette area, which made the room feel neglected.
