"We stayed for 1 night to be on the Elizabeth line to get to Heathrow on the tube. Super easy walk through the mall to catch the tube. Did not interact with any staff as the digital key worked flawlessly. Room was modern, clean and very comfortable. Nespresso machine and other good coffee/tea options. Would definitely stay again if in the area. "

"Pro: we got a bigger room which is meant for handicapped guests; kitchen is complete however no seasoning provided ; water is refillable near lobby lift ; location is fantastic near to Westfield mall and Stratford station with 5 tube lines Con: only provide 2 coffee capsules for 4 nights stay, need to buy our own ; reception service is under expectation except Benito’s service is 👍"

"Property was adequate and clean, staff were helpful. Food was lacking in variety on a daily basis and if you are looking for activities to keep occupied you would have to go off property to find that. Overall a nice quiet hotel."

"Very close to Stratford Int’l, Westfield and walking distance to ABBA voyage venue and Westham football stadium. Tube and buses go everywhere. Initially we had issues to do the self check-in, but staff there were very friendly and helpful. We booked a room with a walk in shower without paying attention to details. It was a very large room and was good to know that something like that exists for people in wheelchairs."

"The room was spotlessly clean, the staff were very friendly and helpfull. Breakfast was plentiful with a good choice of continental and hot food. There was a lovely tranquil sunken garden area to unwind and have cocktails and drinks, very secluded and quiet, with a nice bar area. Very near and convenient to the Abba Arena. Would definitely recommend."

"We liked the fact it was so close to Westfield and the Tube/train station. The noise from the Tube was very loud. Breakfast was good and the hotel was up to date . I would definitely recommend and will be back."

"Room was clean and well kept. Room much too hot and no control over air conditioning as it is controlled remotely and management have decided its not warm enough to have the air con working so very hot room. Very short of staff at breakfast hence lots of tables uncleared and juices, cutlery, glasses etc not being replenished."

"This is a cheap and cheerful hotel that was in a handy location for our stay. While the staff were friendly, I had to ask for very basic stuff like towels and drinking water as none were available in the room. Bed was comfortable and the shower room was clean and worked well."
