Nothing wrong with that. But, if seeking quiet, clean, comfortable, and an elegant stay with all the amenities a 5-Star hotel offers, then the Conrad DTLA is the one. Breakfast was excellent, so was dinner both at the award winning restaurant. The customer service was also excellent. Amazing stay. "

"We stay at the Miyako Hotel whenever we're visiting Downtown Los Angeles. Everything about it is good. I especially like that it's right next door to the Little Tokyo Mall, which has many good dining options."

"This is the second time I’ve stayed at the Aiden and both times the rooms have had mold on the windows . The AC was broken and sounded like a lawn mower. When I complained to staff they said “Oh No” monotone, lackluster and in unison seeming very disingenuous. They also stopped doing breakfast. No point in staying."

"The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They allowed us to check in early and the bellman always greeted us whenever we came and went. We felt comfortable and safe there. The location was absolutely perfect for our purpose which was to go to the Dodger’s games. The Metro $1.75 pp) is a few minutes walk to go to Union Station to catch the free Dodger’s Express shuttle to the game. The shuttle starts 2.5 hrs prior to the game and was so convenient both to and from the game....

"Never in my life have I been to a hotel where the room keys stop working is a daily experience. We probably went through 15 rooms keys over the course of a week. No microwave in the executive suites, and the staff won’t help you. Gym equipment hasn’t worked for over 2 years, the treadmills are broken, and no signs whatsoever. Everything at this hotel just felt cheap. My wife got sick from the $19 breakfast burrito…Most likely never staying at this hotel again."
