Top Olney State Forest Hotel Reviews

Encore by Mingara

10/10 Excellent

"Wonderful stay, quiet, comfortable and clean room. Helpful staff and the hotel had the most wonderful smell throughout (something they add to the A/C I was advised)"

Nesuto The Entrance Apartments

10/10 Excellent

"We received a room upgrade which was fantastic, The unit was a great size. Everything that you would need for a weekend was there in your unit. The pool area could be a bit upgraded to some bbqs and more tables as there is a lot of space in the pool area. The parking was great aswell. We were very well looked after and very happy with Nesuto Apartments!"

Harrigan's Hunter Valley

8/10 Good

"Harrigans is a great place to stay. Good food, good undercover parking, friendly and convenient. However the accommodation is tired and needs a fair bit of maintenance. Shower old and door came of runners, sink cracked and stained, carpet old. Bed very comfortable. Check in is now managed at the Mercure hotel. Will definitely stay again as it suits us well. We have stayed here many times"

Rydges Resort Hunter Valley

10/10 Excellent

We are sensitive to cleaning chemicals but none of us had any reaction, no smell, so we could fully relax at the villa. The waterpark and the bigger pool were amazing, entertained our kids all the time, literally almost all day. We could spot some warrabies in the property, which was a good bonus. The breakfast buffet was also great, especially the egg kitchen. No salad at the time I stayed but a good variety of fresh juices and fruits. Only my disappointment was that some tissues floated in the “adult only” pool, and it was not cleared on the next day also…"
