"We enjoyed are stay at Ennios Hotel. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We had the room at the top of the staircase and I was a little afraid it might be noisy, but it was quiet and we had no issues with noise. "The host never responded to any communications. I tried calling, SMS, email and hotel.com chat. The agent also tried to contact them unsuccessfully. I had to wait until 4pm on the day of arrival before the agent agreed to re-book. After that I then had to wait for hotels.com to respond. Gave up and asked for a refund. These people will leave you oit of pocket, on the street, in the dark. Dangerous and unethical practice especially for lone female travellers."

"Parking charge of £10 is unnecessary and should be included with room booking. Fire alarm went off 3 times as a false alarm which meant going up and down the stairs with luggage and kids as lift stopped working. The room with 2 double beds was spacious and clean The staff are great though. Particularly the lady that was on reception evening of 6 June kind and helpful. "The staff were amazing and the room was very clean. The view from the room was amazing. The only fault I could give was the WiFi was very inconsistent. Sometimes it was adequate other times I couldn’t get any signal and I wouldn’t be able to stream on the lowest settings without it buffering constantly."

"Very impressed with the hotel and staff. Spa and gym was very welcoming and friendly. Room was excellent with the complimentary gin and binoculars was a lovely touch!! Wil definitely recommend to others and would stay again!!"

"It was really modern and clean inside; shared kitchen area with fridge, freezer, microwave, and free tea and coffee, which was great. Our room was quite hot as it was on the top floor, but when we asked, they brought up a fan, which was great and solved the problem. Friendly and helpful staff. Great location for the beach with bar and restaurants very close by."

"I arrived with a blown out tyre only to find that I was actually booked into the northbound hotel not the south bound one. Staff were amazing swapped my booking over to the southbound one helped me organise a mobile tyre company and were kind and compassionate."

"Very easy to get to, not to far from the city centre and beach, Ubers where very accessible. Room was very clean, tidy and modern, the bed was super comfy and the shower was powerful and spacious. Would recommend and definitely stay again!"
