"The hotel was fine as it is, the restaurant in the lobby w welcome addition at a good price point for families"

"Breakfast was the same thing every day and the toaster didn’t work 2 of the 5 days we were there"

"We were so thankful for the bellman on duty Saturday morning who was very helpful in explaining get a bus card and what bus lines to look for. Our first night we had dinner in Raphael’s and the French Onion soup was delicious. The room was really hot when we arrived and we had to open the windows to cool it down because the room unit didn’t have a hot/cold option. By the end of our stay the unit was blowing cold air but not very strong so we ended up keeping the windows open the whole trip. It wasn’t so bad except when emergency vehicles were near by at night. "

"Hotel is in a good central location near many of the main attractions. Room was spacious and clean. Nice bar downstairs, there is also a rooftop bar, but that is only open in after Easter in summer. Buffet breakfast is included and that makes it very good value. Hotel also has a gym/ Not too many amenities in the room though. "

"All the staff we encountered were very friendly and most helpful. The pillows were really comfortable. Had to wait a while for the water in the shower to get warm, and the high pressure coming through the small shower head holes hurt your skin when it hit you. Other than that, good stay. "

"Staff were pleasant, kind and helpful. Breakfast was not included and was $22. It was a regular hotel buffet. A hotel of this price/quality should either include breakfast or make it a nicer experience. No complaints regarding the room or cleanliness. "
