"They throw my family to a corner room which is next to the elevator.

"Well, we were told the room we booked was out of order when we arrived. The hotel staff sent us to a carppy motel, literally the windows are rotten, 15 minutes away. It is unbearable so we cancelled the booking and requested refund."

"There is no air conditioning in the rooms. Even though we knew it, we did know it would get so stuffy in the middle of the night. So we did not get a good night's sleep. After we open the fan and the patio door for the 2nd night, it was much better.

I was surprised by the cost of the meals in the dining hall- almost $50 per person for dinner! We opted to eat elsewhere. "This is an apartment complex that uses the front of the building as a motel.
Very very old, mold on the ceiling with a shower head installed for people 5’ , the tub floor buckled and bounced. It was sketch.
Housekeeping parked her cart right in front of our room, threw recycling on the ground and didn’t move until 4 or so. It was very strange.
On the plus side the neighborhood was quiet and the office offered a complimentary boxed breakfast of muffin, bread and cheese but only from 8-9.
