"We stayed here last year and we loved it! Its close to all the things to see and do in Big Sur, Monterey and of course Carmel. Staff is always so helpful & friendly but this time our restroom was a little dirty (the floor). Our coffee machine was working fine to make 1 cup of coffee but when we wanted to do a second cup. It didn't work. Ask for a different and it basically did the same thing but was also dirty inside. Other than that, everything was great. Would love to stay there again one day."
