"Overall, we had a good stay and enjoyed our time at the hotel. The staff was very helpful, friendly, and always willing to assist with any questions or requests.
One area that could use more attention is the beds and bedding. Improving the mattress comfort and the condition of the bed linens would make the overall guest experience even better.

"The room was clean and very spacious. It had a fireplace and a nice little balcony with chairs and a table. My wife referred to the shower as exfoliating due to the excellent water pressure. Breakfast was nice for a Continental style and the afternoon wine and cheese hour was quite pleasant. There are two EV charging stations in the garage, although people with non-EV vehicles parked in the spots. The staff we interacted with were quite pleasant. Three short blocks to Cannary Row."

"We stayed here for one night and the staff that checked us in was very helpful. She suggested we take a room on an upper floor when she knew it was just my child and I. I felt safe staying there but the motorcycles in and around were so obnoxiously loud. They were riding around with what felt like all hours of the night and I believe someone staying on the property had one too and right outside of our door. I know this is not the property's fault but I don't know if I would stay there again...
