"Room was very nice and comfortable. Location is good. A couple of nits prevented staff from getting 5 stars. First, the bell hop who brought up our luggage clearly wanted a tip and even after my wife gave him 1000 yen, he seemed to be waiting around to see if we would give him more. Since we only paid 1500 yen to get a taxi from the airport to the hotel, the tip already seemed excessive considering the no-tip policy in Japan. "I had a very pleasant stay at Okinawa Harborview Hotel. All the staff there were helpful, polite especially the front desk, the host of breakfast at Printemps and the elderly man that directs cars going in the hotel. The location is great, close to many places like Monorail station, Kokusai shopping street and airport. Will definitely stay there again."

"A new hotel. It is just off from main street(less than a minute). We loved all about this hotel. Definitely we will book here when we come back to Okinawa again. Only negative side was the cost of parking 1800yen per day. Expensive for me. Except of that, nothing to complain."

"My future choice of accommodation if I were to stay in Naha in future. Its conveniently located next to Miebashi. Minutes walk to Kokusai dori or just 1 stop away. Well equiped with great amenities. Coin laundry so you can lightened your luggage. Did not try breakfast but self paid lunch after check out on my last day trip in Okinawa. Lunch was great but do book prior with them, walk in may not guarantee a seat. Staffs were superb, friendly and professional. Had a wonderful stay."

"Every amenity in the room we booked was wonderful. The jacuzzi, the bed, the tv, the shower room with a soaking tub. Everything was perfect. "

"The staff were friendly and always available. the amenities were well maintained and were useful for my stay. The airport shuttle was helpful to and from the hotel and having a daily shuttle that takes you into the shopping district was amazing. They had free drinks available from 1pm to 5pm, it would be nice if water was free all day and not just those 4 hours a day. Other than that I was happy with everything. "
