Very friendly and accommodating. No unpleasant surprises. The staff are great. We were able to check in early for a small fee. The hotel is easily within walking distance of everything in American Village. The breakfast buffet is a traditional style, so be ready for that. Taxis and tour buses are readily available. There is in room air conditioning which is important if you plan to be out walking during the day. Housekeeping on request. No problems whatsoever. I would stay here again.

Amazing location, great facilities.

Amazing breakfast. Japanese with some other stuff - something for everyone. But so clean and healthy. Great spa, open late. Great location, great service, all staff happy and kind. Room ok, not great. But spend time outside! Oh, go see the Magic Show in the same building - amazing!

Our 1st Night Spent on a Meticulous Hotel

A very good stay. It would have be 10/10 if not for the flat beans pillow n caused me to have a headache the next morning. Close to American village which was one of our must visit place and it did not disappoint our family. The Christmas lights were still around and they were beautifully decorated.

We had a great stay for the most part. The only things that I would say were a bit of inconvenience was you had to pay to use the pool daily per person and when you stay in the Premier building it is a walk to the main building.

Amazing experience! I will say that one tiny pillow per bed is insane. The beds were uncomfortable but the rest of the positve experiences supplemented these small negative things. Also, you need to place your key card foe the bathroom light to turn on! The staff was kind. The area was beautiful and convenient!

The staff was very nice and helpful. Location was close to lots of shopping. I felt very safe. The only issue I had was the bed was very hard. I woke up sore every day! I’m thinking it may be Japanese style of bedding but it was a zero out of 10…

Enjoyed the stay.

Location is excellent, right in the heart of Mihama and American Village, and surprisingly parking is free. The hotel is in good condition. The pool and pool deck looked very nice but we didn't have a chance to use it. A convenience store in the lobby is very convenient. Room, hallways, beds, etc., all were fine. Bathroom was a touch small and the carpet in the room could be part of the reason the room had a damp feel to it.

When we arrived checkin was easy and all! Due to the heat and humid there was just a weird scent around the hallways ! Pool use is for a fee fyi but they’ll give you tickets to use the onsen! Onsen and pool areas are usually empty! They have a beautiful full bar! Only giving 4 stars because on the second day we had set up cleaning our room at 12 pm , we were out by 11:30 pm and came back 1:40pm and our room hadn’t been cleaned yet which we had to forego.

The rooms are on the smallish side and are poorly designed (very narrow rooms). Bathroom sink is outside the bathroom. The bed is at a 90 degree angle from the TV making watching TV from bed very uncomfortable. Mattresses are very hard and uncomfortable. On the plus side, it was quiet and there were eating places nearby. Staff was first rate.
