"The place itself was excellent, very clean, modern, great view from balcony and close to convenient stores. The only downside was the check in. It was a little complicated. Messaging through the Expedia app with host didn’t work. You need to contact Expedia to get the host’s e-mail address to communicate with host so he can help you with the check in. At the lobby there is a poster with instructions to download an app. We weren’t familiar with that method of checking in, so luckily the lobby...

"The unit was very clean and daily maid service was a plus. They provided clean towels daily. The traditional and American breakfast buffet was exceptional."

"It was a big room in the perfect middle ground between Okinawa city and Naha plus we could park our car easily and walk to the mall nearby"

"Clean quiet and easy to get to."

"It’s quite safe place It was clean and well organized I will recommend it for my friends "

"The view of ocean was good. The place was smaller than I expected would be perfect if it was set up as one bedroom for 4 people max, the beds are traditional double size which for me where small for 2 adults, kids it would be perfect. The host was perfect with commuting and supporting our needs. The only issue we had was trash, not sure what the expectation is for people staying for extended time to do with their trash but the host took care of that for us. Overall very nice place with good...

"Absolutely loved the hotel, especially the amenities. Spa was amazing with multiple saunas, steam room, ice room, cold plunge and infinity pool. And room had great view of the ocean."

"Convenient location, great designed room, spacious and clean. The lounge is good and nice."

"Convenient location and also a high quality hotel! I paid for the breakfast, which features some local Okinawan cuisine (e.g. champuru and taco rice) and Western cuisine. Very well maintained overall. It’s not too far off from the Yui monorail by about 2-3 blocks which connects to the airport and some historical sites. A block northwest is a small department store, while 2 blocks northwest is a museum. I would go back again!"

"Since I have booked two rooms under 1 booing no. but the property need separate QR code to check in. But I only receive 1 QR code. Since I am on overseas trip, I can hardly check email from my office e-mail. As I did already informed that my contact email should change to personal email, but the other room's check in code cannot receive. It take us sometimes to call the property to retrieve the QR code. "
