We arrived excited to enjoy the pool with our family, only to find out that after 7:00 p.m. it’s adults-only. "The room seemed like it had not been cleaned. The bed was made but some things still seemed dirty. The pajamas had a makeup stain on it. There was hair in the tub. It felt like they did not give the room a regular cleaning after the folks checked out. The staff were nice, plenty of washer/dryer (only took 100 yen coins), and they offered free drinks in the lobby."
