"Loved this place"

"Lifts were programmed badly. Long queues at the Lobby. Once a lift is assigned another can past by and time of guests is wasted. Also, please have a proper messaging board with the Hotel. Only calls was allowed which is very costly for international travellers. "

"Konumu çok güzeldi. İki sokak sonra Shinjiku'dasınız. Metroya yakın mı diye düşünmeye gerek yok. Japonya'da her otel metroya yakın. Metroya her yerden çıkışı var. Kahvaltısı çok iyi. Kahvaltı 10:00da bitiyor ama 9.30'dan sonra içeri almıyorlar kimseyi. Daha sonra başka bir kahvaltı alanına yönlendiriyorlar. Orası da genel olarak iyi. Personel iyi. Odaları geniş. Banyo ve tuvaletler iyi. İnanılmaz keyif aldığımız bir geziydi ve otelin bunda yeri büyüktü."

"Hot like suana. They should have option for cold air instead of hot since the aircond is heated. And window is not opened. We were sweating like pigs. My room is like suana. The corridor of my room is much much cooler than room."

"Incredible view of the gardens. The hotel ouzes old world charm and grandeur. Free shuttle service for easy access to Shinjuku and Shibuya. Definitely highly recommend. "

"人口温泉とは言え、露天風呂もあり、風呂好きの自分としては、洗う席も多く個別に区切られているので、気遣わなくてすむ。脱衣所の洗面台は3ヶとすくないので、ドライヤーが混む。隣りとの区切りが有り、隣りからのドライヤーの風が遮られる、様子がみられないので気が楽。"

"Great stay for families, couples, etc. Location in upscale neighborhood. Walkable to train, restaurants, convenient stores. Room is a bit small but standard for Japanese culture. Loved the biday. No amenities like breakfast or spa but would highly recommend."
