"The white guy with a Cain was rude and did nothing to help denied my reservation and did nothingn but act like It was my fault that they didn't honor my reservation and he laughed and shrugged it off. He was trying to convince me to pay twicee and much for the room Which was dirty dingey and the carpets and walls stained with grime and smoke the fron desk man said there was nothing he could do and I Asked what do u do then he looked mad and made me look foolish In front of my company, he. Was laughing at my misfortune don't stay here at anycoost you will be treated like Ure not a priority. The bathrooms where sick the guy at desk saw also charges. For days j was not there in amount of 450 its a joke and eontnstay here its filthy showers and rooms Have mold"

"Absolutely lovely staff. Very convenient location, and i had an excellent view of the bay from my room. Really couldnt have been happier!"

"The shower head pipe was coming out of the wall and looked like a run down flea bag cheap motel. Embarrased. Hilton can do better. Charging $45 to park car was ridiculous as was providing coffee and then expecting me to pay for the water. Have stayed all over the world and always receive complimentary water for coffee."

"Exceptional staff. We stayed 1 night and took hotel shuttle to and from airport. Area is a little run down. Hotel could use a refresh but was clean. Breakfast was nice. "

"Fantastic amenities make this our go to, preferred choice for a staycation within the greater Bay area. The athletic facilities and spa services are standouts, as is the strong sense of history that you receive by simply walking around the hotel and common areas. Housekeeping is wonderful. Rooms are spacious, and well appointed.There are small signs of deferred maintenance here and there, such as dirty carpets in the entryway, and some peeling wallpaper inside the rooms themselves, but none of this distracted from what was an all-around wonderful stay at the Claremont. We will surely return and always look forward to subsequent visits."

"There is no shuttle from the airport, and there hasn’t been one for a while. You can take a city bus for a couple bucks and it will drop you off out front, but I’m not sure why it still says there’s a shuttle on all the booking sites. Definitely not a nice area, but it’s fine for the price. "
