"I assumed the Wi-fi was free with the room stay but it wasn’t. I was charged $12.95 a day. Even when there is an option to not sign up for the rewards and states you can connect. I was charged with no worries of the hotel offering to take off any of the charges. Overall I paid $85 dollars for the 4 days. WiFi should come with the room for the cost."

"All the staff from the front desk to the restaurants were great. Our room was very spacious and clean. The hotel is huge it can be easy to get lost. The shuttle to Disneyland was so useful. The food was 4/5 not the best but still good. The elevators were sketchy but worked. The pool and gym were clean. This hotel is perfect for families going to Disneyland!"

"This hotel is cute, but the area that it is in is extremely loud. Also, it’s on the border of Skid Row and the Fashion district. If you’re not familiar with LA, these parts can sometimes be a bit rough. The staff was never really available via phone from the room so we had to walk down to the lobby often when we needed things. Also, when you call the hotel, no one picks up. Keep in mind that this is an older building that has been renovated, so it has quirks."

"The room was very dark and out dated, also had a slight sour smell, like the AC filters needed cleaning. I called to change room and nothing was available. The breakfast was ok, nothing special and 2 of the 3 coffee machines were broken on the third day. Very convenient to the park via a quick uber ride. Kinda far to walk but it could be possible. Swimming pool was clean and only 1 hot tub was hot."

"The staff were very friendly. The rates were reasonably priced, and I appreciated the upgrade! The pool felt very secure and well monitored with only hotel guests allowed. I loved the warm temperature of the pool and the waterslide was very fun for the whole family!"

"This was a clean, comfortable stay and I would be willing to stay here again, but there are a few things that I wish I had known ahead of time that may have affected my decision to book. My room was marketed as a suite with a kitchenette. However, there was no cooking equipment or kitchen equipment at all. There wasn’t even dish soap or a sponge. I had never been to a place that said you had a kitchenette in your room but then provided no supplies. I had brought my own pan, spatula, and paper...

"The staff were very helpful and kind. Unfortunately, the pool was closed the entire time we were there so we were not able to utilize that facility. Rooms were clean but the air conditioning was loud. The property was very close to downtown Disney and the park entrances."
