"The properties itself is good but the charges they make it’s bad they stole money without my permission I will never go there again"

We stayed in a Villa suite and it was comfortable. I especially like that the bathrooms have real doors and separate door for the toilet. That’s important when you have family staying together. "This hotel was a complete disaster. The property was run-down, the room was unclean, and the staff showed little concern when issues were reported. What should have been a relaxing stay turned into a frustrating experience. I would never return and strongly advise others to look elsewhere."

"The hotel served its purpose of providing a place to sleep, but I wouldnt recommend it given the high price. Be aware that parking isn’t included, there will be a $20 nightly resort fee & a $200 security hold on your card. The next morning we woke up to a very unpleasant odor in the living room area. It smelled like a dirty alley way similar to urine in the carpet. Later that evening we were approached by staff and told we weren’t allowed to eat outside food in the lobby. This was very confusing...

"This place was really nice. The only bad thing I can say is that, I was disappointed that out tv wasn’t working. We were looking forward to watch the soccer game in the room but couldn’t. Other than that, everything was perfect."

"The property grounds were OK, the room was disgusting. Carpet was dirty and stained, small room, old dingy wallpaper, leaky tub with mold on ceiling and not enough outlets. We also encountered a cockroach in the room in the middle of the night. Overall the room was gross, I advised staff the next morning of the issues we encountered and the reason for our early check out, and they did everything they could to make. It right. While I appreciated their prompt response I would likely never stay...

"Older hotel infrastructure but updated and nice enough for a conference stay. I didn’t use the pool but the lounge and restaurant were both good. I would recommend to stay again."

"Excellent value for a stay very close to Disney California. The breakfast was well worth the stay and helps you save a little unless you plan on getting breakfast in downtown Disney. Only issue we had was a miscommunication on housekeeping but other than that a solid value. "
