"I loved my stay here."

"This hotel was a complete disaster. The property was run-down, the room was unclean, and the staff showed little concern when issues were reported. What should have been a relaxing stay turned into a frustrating experience. I would never return and strongly advise others to look elsewhere."

"Honestly getting tired of increasing add on prices and reducing service. Would be nice if we could at least get the trash taken out from one small can in 5 days much less some clean dry towels without begging and then getting side eye and feeling like a bother. Just let me self serve everything and give it one price and stop pretending there is any customer service left."

"Everything was fine. Only the parking spots were oversold. I couldn’t find a spot to park, the hotel service offered valet parking free of charge."

"Both keys we received didnt work & I had to make another trip to the front to re-scan the keys. The room we stayed was on the 2nd floor right next to the elevator. Unfortunately, we had to hear loud elevator noise & sound from the street all night long. I never experienced hotel room with such noise which was very disappointing, considering how much I paid for the room."

"The ac could be better I had it set in 69 and the room didn’t feel like it"

"The hotel served its purpose of providing a place to sleep, but I wouldnt recommend it given the high price. Be aware that parking isn’t included, there will be a $20 nightly resort fee & a $200 security hold on your card. The next morning we woke up to a very unpleasant odor in the living room area. It smelled like a dirty alley way similar to urine in the carpet. Later that evening we were approached by staff and told we weren’t allowed to eat outside food in the lobby. This was very confusing...

"The property grounds were OK, the room was disgusting. Carpet was dirty and stained, small room, old dingy wallpaper, leaky tub with mold on ceiling and not enough outlets. We also encountered a cockroach in the room in the middle of the night. Overall the room was gross, I advised staff the next morning of the issues we encountered and the reason for our early check out, and they did everything they could to make. It right. While I appreciated their prompt response I would likely never stay...

"Older hotel infrastructure but updated and nice enough for a conference stay. I didn’t use the pool but the lounge and restaurant were both good. I would recommend to stay again."

"Excellent value for a stay very close to Disney California. The breakfast was well worth the stay and helps you save a little unless you plan on getting breakfast in downtown Disney. Only issue we had was a miscommunication on housekeeping but other than that a solid value. "

"Rooms are outdated. Bathroom fixtures and cabinets look old and not maintained. Except for the lobby, the hotel does not deserve 4 stars. Guests have to request room cleaning or towel replacements. We made a request in the morning around 9am, and, to our surprise, it was not done by the time we were back around 8pm so we had to request the service again. In today’s information age, gusts have to pay for decent internet, however, I believe this is true for all Hilton hotels. We will not be back."

"Absolute best place to stay in Monterey. Great rooms, attentive and dedicated staff, restaurant and food options exceptional and the lobby/ Schooner bar terrific"

"On the downside, shower controls are very old. Shower runs super fast. Pls consider upgrading. Carpets on balcony were stained/old. On the plus side, breakfast was quite good, and location was great! The room was nice."
