"I recently stayed at a Hilton hotel and had an amazing experience. From the moment I checked in, the staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive. The room was spotless, comfortable, and very relaxing. The entire hotel was well-maintained, and the service truly exceeded my expectations. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended!"

"Clean Room Good food Staff was nice, however during our stay there was a guy, Asian descent, that was either having a bad day or was just plain rude."

"I have stayed at the Welk before, & enjoyed myself...But this trip, there were a couple of incidents that made it less than perfect. A member of my party wanted to use the grill located about 20 feet away from my villa. I had called 3 times(twice 1 day & once the next)to the Maintenance department for that grill to be cleaned. It was never cleaned!! But a Welk rep did come out to take a picture, why? I have no clue. On one of the times I'd called, the rep said there was a miscommunication...

"They have people living there on a month to month basis, this creates less than comfortable situations when the people next door to your room are getting into domestic violence situations at 3am and you got work at 5am! They should’ve offered me a discount but they didn’t! They didn’t seem surprised those types staying within their property. Other weirdos observed as well!"

"I stayed for a week with my adult daughter. We both felt safe and comfortable at this hotel. The rooftop bar with pool and night time skyline was fantastic"

"I would not stay here again. The carpet was so dirty it made the bottom of our feet brown. The next morning woke up with a sinus headache and stuffed up nose. The bathroom faucets leaked by the valves and made all our stuff on the counters wet. The Tv had no streaming service. So we couldn’t stream any of our apps."

"Room was clean, we were able to check in early being that we had a concert it was nice. Room was clean everything was nearby and convenient. Will definitely book here again if I have another concert at the house of blues."

"Pros: The staff was great, rooms were clean, decor was nice, a/c worked. Cons: the elevator and room was super small. Like abnormally small. Made me a little claustrophobic when I was in the elevator. The valet parking was expensive (50 dollars) especially when you are expected to tip- and you should). There was a weird hidden fee of 24 dollars so the 75 dollar deposit went out the door. Started out affordable but got too expensive too quick especially for what it is. "

"Top notch in every way. We’re so glad we chose this motel. It’s in a great location. The valet parking was so convenient with an app to request your car whenever you wanted it. The restaurant was good and nice atmosphere right on the water. Good entertainment in the lobby every evening. "

"Super friendly staff, cater to your family needs. They pools were amazing for my 2 girls (6 and 8 year olds). As the pool staff were super nice and helpful. The lifeguards were amazing and great keeping all the kids safe. Amazing place to stay at. They even had a Magic show for the kids."
