"My mom, son and I stayed at the majestic inn and from the moment we walked out of our vehicle in the parking lot we had a calm feeling and checking in was even better, we were welcomed by the sweetest people in the industry! Top notch service all around, we made wonderful friendships with the servers at our breakfast at the cafe and it was just such a great experience! We want to come back again real soon! "

"Breakfast says complimentary but it is not you must pay everyday. Also you have to pay to park and finding a place to park is a nightmare. Our room was musty, hair stuck to the ceiling in the shower. The tub would fill with water while you showered and then take 30-60 min to drain. Our door key stopped working every time I left the room. I needed up having to get 4 replacement's. The elevators were sketchy and would get stuck on a floor and the door wouldn’t open. Everything just felt gross. And...

"First day I show up with my reservation they don’t have my room with two beds,for some reason they are sold out or whatever happens. They just give me a room with single bed, so I have to take it because I show up around 11:30 PM with my kids and wife ,at that point I don’t wanna go anywhere else without any luck so I take the room,and we can barely fit, because those beds are quite small, so they give me a room with two bed the next day. "

"I was told when I arrived there was parking charge and a refundable deposit which I thought was wrong the ad said total all you pay so what's up with that and I was 2 hours early and they said I had to wait till 4 called the number again mgr put me on hold then said I could get the early arrival but I was still left driving around for that time very displease I have better receive my deposit that I didn't expect to have the additional money wasn't on the app sorry but I wont go there...
