"I was excited to stay here because it seemed super family friendly, really close to Disney which was the purpose of our trip and seemed super convenient. As soon as we got to are room is when the issues started. The cleanliness was terrible. The comforters had blood stains on them along with the bed frame. There was hair in the bathroom and gum underneath the table. I requested to have it recleaned and mentioned all the things I noticed. When we got back from dinner, the room seemed untouched....

"Loved the club house with games bathroom snack bar!! Loved the laid back relax feel at the pools and different variety. The restaurant food was very good and activities for families and volleyball and pickle ball and golf! Staff was super friendly and helpful. Great stay!"

"Unfortunately we didn’t get the chance to relax and enjoy the pool or hot tub as the outdoor space was the best part of the property. It was beautifully maintained and landscaped other than the fact that huge bundles of wires snaked over roofs and down the outside walls. Very thin walls you can hear everything. Room layout was ideal with the closet but it could have been cleaner. Also, shower was so short it hit my neck. Tub also didn’t drain well."

"We got a suite for 6 people and the room was extremely nice for the price. The pool area was down during our stay for maintenance but the staff was able to comp our parking pass for us. The staff was helpful and the hotel was very clean. The complimentary breakfast was a full spread and really good."

"I stayed here as a kid and loved it, so I figured why not book it again......The hotel seems largely unchanged since then, and not in a charming, vintage way. The rooms feel dated, like they haven't seen a meaningful refresh/remodel in decades, which made it hard to justify the price tag at nearly $500 for two nights :(( The room had a stale, stuffy smell when I walked in, like the air hadn't moved in weeks. I left my room door open a while but the smell kinda lingered. No bathroom ventilation...

"It was great to have onsite parking without dealing with a valet. The underground parking level was easy to navigate."

"Great place to take the family, place was well clean and maintained. I do recommend to get out early and reserve chaise lounge chairs on holiday weekends. Staff was great and attentive. Will definitely be going back."

"Stayed in a room on the 12th floor which had a great view over the harbour. Felt very safe with hotel security on doors and lifts. House-keeping was a bit hit and miss. Our room was serviced on Day 2, but not on Day 3 - we had to ring and ask for towels. Also the toiletires (shampoo and conditioner) was not refilled and also had to be requested. Staff were quick (within 1 hour) to provide new towels and toiletries when contacted."

"The room was clean except we did have a single roach. The bathroom sinked filled quickly and needed to be unclogged. Otherwise, the room was visually clean. The staff were kind and accommodating. We didn’t use the beach really but, it was a wonderful bay view. It’s a family and pet friendly hotel which we loved. Being able to have our dog with us made it that much more enjoyable. We ate at Dockside restaurant which is pricey but the food is good and the service was excellent. It was a perfect...
