"There was a lot of counter space, closet space and shelf space in the room. The color of the pool below the water fountain was uninviting. There was no elevator. We had to carry our luggage up 15 stairs. We had to call the front desk to have them explain how to turn the A/C on in the room. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable."

"This hotel is showing its age and smelled "musty." It clearly used to be very nice but is showing the signs of it being a while since it was built. Overall, a decent place to stay at a reasonable price point. The airport shuttle is a great amenity and the onsite restaurants were very good."

"I will never stay at this place again. Bar was closed. No jacuzzi. They will only clean your room every other day so get ready to clean your own room and make your own bed. We ran out of toilet paper so had track down a housekeeper. We needed her for fresh towels and tissue paper as well. The day they were supposed to clean our room, they were a no show. "This hotel has great potential. I believe this place is not yet ready to host such a crowd of families. On the surface this is place is nice, great pool hours and activities for the kids. We enjoyed our room, although we were not able to use it to its full capacity and I explained why below. There are floors that are closed due to construction- understandable.
