"The building is so rickety , it creeks and dings all day and night, it was remodeled but idk what was causing the noises. Called down to front desk to see if we can have a room change because the room next to us had a dog barking all night, I have a 1 year old who kept getting woken up by the barking. Had two sleepless nights.. front desk couldn’t do anything because every room was booked. They offered to send security up to check, don’t know if that happened but the barking continued all night....

"Upon checking in there is a $200 deposit that they will need. I’m not sure the exact details as to why but we were also charged for parking each night we stayed. The room wasn’t the cleanest especially the bathroom. Though the hotel looks nice on the outside and the lobby too, the rooms could use some updating. The best way I can describe the smell inside is just…like very old. The elevators we went in also smelled a little of pee. This is the first and last time I’ll be staying here."

"Our overall stay was good. Room was nice. Loved the patio and easy access to the pool and beach. But the beds were totally uncomfortable. They are not pillow top mattresses. They were the hardest beds I have ever slept on in my life. Will defiantly be making a trip to my massage therapist this week! Also the pool was way over crowded and not clean."

"The room, when I arrived, was clean; the patio was dirty, and probably the previous guest's hair was all over the patio DISGUSTING. However, the pool area was so gross and dirty. The smell was HORRIBLE! Tried to take my 2-year-old to the children's area and could not tolerate the stench! Smelled like something rotten. Thank God I had on sandals; the whole area was dirty, with ants everywhere. The lazy river was so dirty, and roaches in the pool. I would have expected more from such a prestigious...

"We had a wonderful stay! From the moment we arrived, the customer service was exceptional. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The amenities were great, the food at the lounge was delicious, and our room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Overall, everything exceeded our expectations and made our stay very enjoyable. The only downside was that the TV kept losing its connection about every 10 minutes, which was a bit frustrating when trying to relax and watch...
