"The Hilton Anaheim is a great hotel and great location for Disneyland theme park. I would definitely recommend it. The rooms were nice. The only downside was, that there was gum stuck to the carpet floor. Food: The Poppys Restaurant had great service and food was delicious. We did notice there was a food court inside the hotel but only the Pizza place was open at the time of our stay. Amenities: The pool area was perfect my kids enjoyed it and was very relaxing. "

"Rocio at the front desk was very kind and helpful! The hotel is a bit of a maze and I wish the rooms were cleaned more regularly than every three days but all in all very nice experience I would come back"

"This hotel is cute, but the area that it is in is extremely loud. Also, it’s on the border of Skid Row and the Fashion district. If you’re not familiar with LA, these parts can sometimes be a bit rough. The staff was never really available via phone from the room so we had to walk down to the lobby often when we needed things. Also, when you call the hotel, no one picks up. Keep in mind that this is an older building that has been renovated, so it has quirks."

"The room was very dark and out dated, also had a slight sour smell, like the AC filters needed cleaning. I called to change room and nothing was available. The breakfast was ok, nothing special and 2 of the 3 coffee machines were broken on the third day. Very convenient to the park via a quick uber ride. Kinda far to walk but it could be possible. Swimming pool was clean and only 1 hot tub was hot."

"We had a great time! The food choices weren’t the best, but we were well prepared and really came for a peaceful weekend, which was delivered. The only downside was the bug we found in our restroom and how long it took for us to get a response back, but we also understand there were a lot of people on the premises, which is why we are still giving it a great rating."

"Mold in the shower, hard water and soap scum build up around faucets. Hair on floors and in tub before use. Cleaning could be done with more attention or effort."

"My grandson loved the pool. The Jacuzzi was OK. It wasn’t very warm. There was a kitchenette in each room, but there was nothing to cook with so you would’ve had to bring or buy all your cooking utensils which was really strange. Normally when you get a kitchenette there’s cooking utensils in it. They were doing construction on the whole front end and we couldn’t figure out how to get in. And when I said something to the front desk when I got there, they said oh well we’re having Ta Repair...

"The room wasnt clean. They never came and cleaned it one time the 5 days we were there. We had to find someone to ask for towels. Shower was terrible poor water pressure and took like 20 min to get warm. Hot tub wasnt even hot and pool was yucky and my daughter and grandaughter had a reaction after the using the pool and showered right after getting out. The lady at the front desk was very rude on several occasions."

"The staff were very helpful and kind. Unfortunately, the pool was closed the entire time we were there so we were not able to utilize that facility. Rooms were clean but the air conditioning was loud. The property was very close to downtown Disney and the park entrances."
