"Hotel was chosen due to its good location with respect on MadCool Festival. Clerk at counter recognized this at the check-in and offered us an inside room which has no window to the exterior but it was super super calm which helped us to recover during the day and allowed a sufficient sleeping experience. "Very clean and spacious apartment near local metro line 3, buses. Can walk to some landmarks. Area is quiet and safe. Bldg is across the street from supermarket. There's a cafe bakery under the bldg and many other eatery venues nearby. Totally recommend Bob W Arte and would definitely stay again when in Madrid."

"Simple and stylishly decorated with a high level of finish. We booked Studio King and the room was pretty big, lots of light through the windows and not overlooked. Super comfy bed, great amenities in the room and a Lidl right next door for supplies. The kitchenette was also useful and well stocked. "This is the first time in 25 years I stayed in a hostel. It far exceeded my expectations. I started in a 4 person so female dorm. Or bathroom was clean. The staff was super friendly. I had their breakfast one morning which was better nice. It includes Selection of meat, cheese, bread, fruit, yogurt, juice, eggs and two coffee machines. The lobby is very trendy and conducive to hanging out. It was a very enjoyable stay and I would recommend it. I was having alone. "

"I loved my stay. The place is clean, cute, and very chill. Only issue is the beds are soooo loud and clunky. They’re metal frames so they’re so loud especially when you’re in a 12 bunk, all I heard is scrapping, creeping, and jamming the drawers cause they scrap so much! Aside from that the staff was great, and I didn’t have any other issues."

"We had a lovely stay in a cozy little room that was clean, comfortable, and equipped with AC. The bathroom was spotless, and everything felt well taken care of. Hola Rooms reached out to us before our arrival to confirm our check-in time, which was a nice touch and made everything smooth. The night was quiet and peaceful, and we really appreciated being allowed to stay a bit after check-out. Great hospitality—would definitely recommend!"
