"I stayed for 16 nights on a business trip. Having access to a laundry facility was a huge plus. Unfortunately, this was the only good thing about this place.
The hotel displayed a 3-star rating at the entrance but falls short of many requirements for this rating:
- The room is cleaned only once a week.
- Some staff do not speak English.
- Cleaning staff are not present on weekends.
On my first night (which falls on a weekend), I spotted a cockroach in my room and killed it. I then requested...
