The photos were exactly as the apartment presents. It was close to good restaurants and the main shopping district, the light rail was very close and the main train station not far. The manager was easily reachable and helpful. I would highly recommend this place.

Great apartment! Very close to Train Station and city centre. Have stayed previously and always my first choice when travelling to Nottingham. Also get a 20% discount at the restaurant next door! Beautiful decor and great facilities!’

Great but room photos not accurate
I stayed in the “ Tatting” room. The place was good, self check in online then get given a code. However not everything was expected. - I had to submit photo ID and £250 deposit against damages which is unusual for a UK “hotel” - The room wasn’t as per the photos - the 4 poster bed wasn’t in there, which was one of the reasons for booking that room - there was damp and mould around a couple of the windows Other than this everything was okay - but worth new photos on the website and some damp treatment/care

This is a lovely modern property with great location.It took a little bit of time to find the room as not clear signage.Once in the room it was clear the previous guests where smokers as the room stunk (even tho there is a no smoking policy!).At first glance we thought the room was clean.Only when we went to use the shower there was hair up the walls and mould on the ceiling.As our room was located in the basement we did smell damp going down the staircase but we put this down to the weather as damp out. Other than these issues this was a really nice stay with great surrounding restaurants.It just needs a bit of work to keep up to the standard they have advertised.

We stayed in tatting for 1 night. The room did not resemble the pictures, all the lovely touches we were expecting were not there, the bed did not have the frame and the canopy, the room was overall looking in need of some TLC with damp marks and stained carpets. The room was extremely hot when we arrived, we put the air conditioning on which leaked water all through the night constant dripping which prevented us from sleeping. We couldn’t turn it off as it was too warm in The room. The room was dusty and not well cleaned, there were stains on the bed sheets that looked like blood, the shower lacked power and to top it off we had paid for late check out (until 12) and someone walked into our room to clean at around 10.15 a.m while I was walking naked to the shower. Very poor value at around £250 for the night

Great location. Lots of space and comfy bed. It wasn’t spotless clean but good enough. Cleaning crew got my pants wet with some solution and it was a bummer for me to throw them away. Train around the corner and tram service too. Salt, pepper and oil will be a nice touch in the kitchen.

Lovely apartment in excellent central location
We stayed in the Torchon suite which was very comfortable for the 3 of us. The perfect base for exploring Nottingham. Very quiet despite the central location and tastefully decorated. Bed very comfy. Only issue was that we had to make up single futon bed ourselves which was a bit annoying as limited space to work in. Felt this should have been set up for our arrival as operator knew we were a family of 3.

The place is nice, however there was a few things i would have expected but weren't received. No milk for the tea / coffee facilities, the tea bags were just thrown into the tray which wasn't clean. The booking specified a bed settee alongside a double bed, there was only a footstool bed, no separate room for the footstool / settee bed. There were stains on the furniture and carpets and the room wasn't a large as the photographs lead you to believe. For the price, I would expect much better facilities in room, the water wasn't drinkable either so we had to go purchase tis from a shop. Thankfully we only stayed the one night.

Loved our stay, great central location within walking distance of the arena and the city centre. Room was clean, comfy and loved the big bath. Only thing that let it down was the check in and issues getting the key code but otherwise really enjoyed our stay.

Heritage Mews was beautiful accomodation. It was almost ruined by Hotels.com not confirming our booking with them , even though payment was taken! Unfortunately, the group next door to us had their own karaoke party until 5:30am. Not the best experience we've had.

The place was great. Close to everything but still very quiet and tucked away. The room was beautiful and was so cozy. Made for a very comfortable stay. We did end up making a meal one night we were there and had all of the dishes/appliances we could have wanted. We’ll definitely stay here in the future.

Overall the property didn't feel like good value for money. It seemed like the facilities were nice when they were initially done but critical to any stay is the mattress and while it was a great sized super king, the mattress was sagging badly on one side impacting our sleep. The shower was also a nice size but again let down by the trickling water pressure. There is also quite a lot noise from the thin walls and floors. Slamming doors, voices and creaking floors overhead from other other guest will wake you up. Also if people decide to use the patio which is literally right outside your window, there isn't anything you can do to block out their conversations.

Nice little abode
We stayed in the Bobbin room which was good. A bit smaller than looks on the photo advertised. So if we return we will book a bigger room. Bathroom and kitchen were nice and clean. However there was a faint smell (that may need to be added) in the area around the AC unit and sofa. Liked the styling of the room, was very cosy and homely. The location is great as it is in the heart of Nottingham, walking distance from most things.

Best kept secret in Notts
This is a tremendous little find. I had no idea it existed in Nottingham but it was perfect for what my wife and I needed for the night. The room was spacious and had all the mod cons you'd expect to find. Super secure for a central apartment complex. Really happy with the stay

The property is in a good location in the city centre. awkward check in as no pre check in email sent and ended up having to ring Jeff 9 times in the space of half an hour to discuss the damage deposit (which I didn’t know about until after we arrived). he took my card details and I was told I had to send a photo of my drivers license to complete check in. we then got a key code number sent via email. With there being no reception it made it awkward and would be impossible to check in without phone battery or technology. the room was a good size but there were quite a few stains and marks on the carpet and walls. The water pressure in the room was poor so the shower weak guests staying underneath us were loud and the balcony looked onto a tram line so we had the sound of metal on metal screeching every so often. the room was sold as sound proofed and clearly it wasn’t. outside our door was a bright light that shone through the windows and directly into the bedroom. I couldn’t see a way of turning the light off so my only resort was to place a towel over the front door to block some of the light in order to get to sleep. we had a rude and intimidating security guard banging on our door at 1 in the morning wrongly accusing us of smoking weed in the room and having extra guests. Eventually he could see we were doing no wrong and apologised, but it didn’t make up for it! smashed glass was left outside the front gates all night. Overpriced, AVOID!

Wonderful bridal experience
My new wife and I stayed at Heritage Mews as our bridal suite for our wedding and it was absolutely perfect. The suite was beautiful and in an immaculate condition, and every interaction we had with the management was fantastic. We cannot rate Heritage Mews highly enough, and will definitely be returning for staycations in the future!
