Hotel murah di Northwest Rochester

"The first room was a disaster. Housekeeping left window open trying to let the smell of piss and animal feces air out. We thought we smelled a odor. Closed the window came back later definitely was a odor. Housekeeping definitely didn't clean the room. Changed rooms at midnight after we came back from a comedy show, no issues after. "

"Room was really small. Sofa was dirty, had plenty of spots on it. Comforter had spots as well. "

"Pool was disgusting. Also the shower would not get hot just luke warm. Phones don’t work to call front desk. "

"The place was really quiet. That was a plus. The only thing that cought my attention was that the hallway floors and stairs where dirty. The stairwell had trash bags the same ones since i stayed thier the 5 days. The lady in front desk never got her name but had a heart chain she was amazing, friendly very atentive. "

"I read that many of the rooms had been updated. Ours was not. It wasn’t horrible but the bathroom needed repairs in the shower and the room was definitely outdated."

"The staff was so friendly. Kate was really nice when I checked in late Monday. The bartenders were all great. The room was clean. Food at the bar was good. Only complaint: the pillows on the bed weren't great. Could have a little more variety on firm vs. soft."

"The rooms are extremely clean and comfortable. The tv kept having pixelization issues but outside of that I enjoyed my stayed."
