Hotel berdekatan Mall at Greece Ridge

"The shower didn't work, the TV didn't work and the phones didn't work. I asked the hotel staff to call me to discuss the situation and they didn't. I emailed the property and asked them to address the situation and they didn't. They clearly didn't care once I had left."

"Rolls-Royce, how would we go back again?"

"The hotel was clean and we enjoyed the restaurant on site."

"I arrived thinking that this was similar to other hotels that were suites. This place is focused on longer term residents. No amenities were included. No coffee pot (purchase only) or hair dryer or dishware (purchase only). The front desk was only occasionally available. I never found their open hours. The coffee in the lobby had no cups for use. I would pay closer attention at the time of booking. I would not choose this place again."

"Not like how it used to be when it was extended stay. Your “cleaned room” will have the previous persons clothing and dirty towels all over the bathroom, and it’s no longer the cheap place in Rochester where u knew u would not bring bugs home. sadly I couldn’t count how many Roaches I saw"

"Make sure you bring your own toothbrush and paste. Very uncommon for such size of hotel chain to make you buy the bare necessities, including a body lotion. The receptionist on duty at my arrival was not bothered if anyone would come to the hotel. The male staff at the reception were all nice and helpful, making you feel welcomed and valued. The condition of the hotel was good in general. The wall behind the toilet in my bathroom was wet."

"clean room nice property"
