"I was given room number 307 once i entered the room it was a mess no clean sheets it look like someone just got out of bed and towels all over the floor. I wad reassigned to room 302 which the door appear to be broken into. The bath mirror was broke and the sink counter top had two gaps and the bed was the most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept in. The person. Next door had his tv on loud til 530am i couldn't sleep at all i couldn't call down to the front desk because staff leave. Very disappointed and unsatisfied. As long as i had my hotel account ive never complained about my stays this one i had no choice. Please either reimburse me or give me some kind of compensation thank you martin c rose "

"I have been in many hotels over the years. I have stayed in plenty of Holiday Inns. The hotel itself was okay, the staff was okay, the room was okay-ish. The worst thing, BY FAR, was the bed. Again, I have traveled all over the country and have been in 100s of hotel beds. To say this is the worst mattress I have ever had the displeasure of trying to sleep on is absolutely INSANE. I sat down on the end of the bed and was instantly concerned. The bed was rock hard and I not only felt BUT HEARD the springs in the mattress creek and crunch. My husband and I slept ON TOP of the blankets to try and have some type of padding. I was absolutely CRIPPLED from sleeping on this mattress for 4 hours. I was unable to get out of bed unassisted and it took me 2 hours before I could attempt to stand upright. I am writing this 8 hours after getting home and having to go to Urgent Care because the pain is unbearable. A quick overnight trip for my wedding anniversary has ended in horrific pain, urgent care and a boatload of steroids and pain relievers. Definitely not an anniversary I want to remember. I will NEVER stay at a Holiday Inn ever again."

"Ok! So I planned this whole trip for my girl and spent about 2k on it, for a rental car, room, the actual musical that we were going to, food all that stuff, I booked of course through Expedia and I was coming from VA. Nobody mentioned that there was a $250 dollar hold on the room in addition to the price of the room. I called to inquire about it and the hostess was the sweetest nicest gal possible. She was hella chill and only put a 60 dollar deposit on the room which was rad. The stay itself was fine, staff was attentive and nice. Front desk staff was phenomenal and the space itself was very clean. Highly recommend! "

"We were booked to arrive at 3pm. We were late, ended up there about 4:40. We had to wait for almost 30 minutes for our room as they were very short staffed and the room wasn't cleaned yet. The Lounge/eating area was very dirty. Food crumbs, water spills, etc... on ALL the tables. The room was nice once we got there. "
