"The water in the shower wouldn't go down and they gave us a plunge to get the water out; it wasn't even them to do it. The toilet had dry blood on it. The bed sheets weren't clean. It was terrible. The staff tried to help but they said that the house cleaning is only there every other day"

"The overall stay was great. The room was clean, was provided sheets when asked and the staff was accommodating for the most part. We were really impressed with the staff at breakfast; everything was organized, fully stocked at all times and very clean. The only issue we had is that the area around the AC unit in our bedroom leaked during the rain storm, which is right next to the bed. It wasn't very pleasant to have barefoot stepped on cold, wet carpet just before climbing into bed. When speaking with the associate at the front desk, they said they were aware of the issue already and treated the situation as if that's normal for a paying customer to deal with."
