"Came for a quick stay and honestly the only issue I had that the shower was not cleaned and when I had ask if they could come clean the shower and replace the shower curtain, no one came.
Other than that mishap, the staff was super pleasant and offered me free breakfast for the shower inconvenience. Also they have a free shuttle from the airport to the hotel so that was convenient for me."

"When we arrived our room was not cleaned. The bed was messy and dirty towels were in the bathroom. I tried to talk to the front desk staff but there is no staff. It’s a contactless hotel/motel. I called the number at the desk and had to leave a message. I called Best Western and she couldn’t really help me because I booked through Expedia. At that point someone arrived and he told me his name was Peter and he was the manager. I got off the phone with BW and this man assured me he would make...

"I understand that ‘things happen’ but they had construction crews working on a Sunday and Monday all day. In addition, they were short on help and only had one maid for the whole floor. She never had time or an opportunity to clean any rooms that were being used a second day. There were three grocery bags of garbage I left behind , that I bought myself. Molly, the desk clerk, was phenomenal! She deserves a raise immediately. However, I would never ever recommend this place for your stay."

"This is an apartment hotel which is great for a family traveling together because everyone can stay in the same unit. The place is large enough for 4 related people, with extra room for watching TV, doing work, etc. The place had clearly been remodeled recently. The lobby and breakfast area looked especially new. We found the location very convenient for attending an event at RIT, and the hotel was in close proximity to many restaurants, markets, and other services. Of course, this is a...

"I arrived a couple of hours upon check in time. Asked if I could get an early check in. They said there was a $25 fee. Whenever I stay at Hampton Inn they waive that fee. I was then told unless I was a Hilton member there was nothing they could do. And since I booked through a third party(expedia) they mad me feel like a second class citizen.
The shower was like warm at best, the toilet handle had to be held down the entire flush, just to get toilet paper down.

"Wonderful experience at The Del Monte Lodge! The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, and impeccably maintained. What really stood out was the staff—everyone was genuinely warm, welcoming, and attentive, and I felt very well taken care of throughout my stay. The location in Pittsford is also perfect. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend it!"
