"The property is off the beaten path just a bit, would be hard to miss if you didn't know it was there. Walking distance was close to a couple fast food places to eat which was nice. The only things I was disappointed in the was the fact that you could not re-enter doors to the outside with your keycard. You were forced to enter through the lobby. "Needs quite a bit of updating! "

"We had a party of three and months ago booked a room with two queen beds. When we got to the room it had a king bed. I went back down to the front desk and the employee (with attitude) said that’s all they have and that we could use the pull out sofa bed. I ended sleeping on the pull out bed that was hard as a rock! NOT WHAT I PAID FOR!! We couldn’t switch hotels because there was a lot of events going on in OKC that weekend. Also, we were there three nights and our room was not cleaned daily...

"There was construction happening on the exterior of the building, painting I believe. So many of the parking spots were blocked off and the windows were covered for the painting. I would not had stayed here if I had known that. The eggs at breakfast are awful, everything else is okay. It's a nice hotel were were only there for a night."

"We had a family health emergency and chose Embassy Suites primarily based on its proximity to Baptist Integris Hospital. Our room was well furnished, clean, and comfortable. We were close enough to allow a couple of family members the opportunity to come over, take a shower, and rest for a bit before returning to the hospital. We appreciated having breakfast."

"The room was clean, spacious, and well designed. The refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher were convenient. We had a wonderful stay. The hotel was quiet. The outdoor pool area even has grills. The staff was wonderful!! They were very accommodating, cheerful, neat, and professional. I particularly enjoyed the complimentary pomegranate tea :)!! Thank you for a comforting stay!"

"the hotel was very nice and the young lady at the desk was very helpful. it is a shame that the visit had to be let down by some basic problems. i have never seen hotel with such low water pressure. i do not know if this was a problem with the hotel or the local water system. there was hardly enough water pressure to adequately wash my hands. on top of that, they provide no small bars of soap. just some liquid soap mounted awkwardly too high on the wall to use easily. maybe they need to install...

"Price was good...BUT Bed was stiff and on the hard side. Pillows were like sleeping on lumpy rocks. Website pages showed photos of the Lincoln Inn, not the Executive Inn so all the breakfast area photos were false advertising for this place - no waffles, no coffee, nothing but a vending machine. I chose this place over another place I usually stay at because of the breakfast photos. Also floors were older carpet, not the "pergo" style floors in the photos. There was a jetted tub...

"This place is dirty not very well kept the staff are rude well the man that works at night is very rude the lady in the daytime is ok the rooms r dirty and have old ass tvs and do not have any side tables in the room or extra seating"
