"The property is dated and in need of repairs. The bathtub was pulling away from the wall and the shower curtain rod was being held up by tape. The ceiling had cracks and was dirty. The TV never worked. The stairs had trash on them and there were towels and trash by the exit. The back of the property appeared to have throw up on the sidewalk and felt very unsafe. Overall the property inside and out was unkept. It was not the worst place I’ve ever stayed at but it’s in the top two."

"We booked a room through Expedia because we had a family medical emergency—we verified on Expedia site that laundry services were available at this hotel (we had no other clothes )upon arrival we were told there were no laundry facilities we requested to cancel at check in and were told we would not receive a refund if we cancelled at that time. This was an error on their part—the hotel staff was not helpful, I would not recommend staying here. Bathroom sink did not drain and the WiFi would not...

"Price was good...BUT Bed was stiff and on the hard side. Pillows were like sleeping on lumpy rocks. Website pages showed photos of the Lincoln Inn, not the Executive Inn so all the breakfast area photos were false advertising for this place - no waffles, no coffee, nothing but a vending machine. I chose this place over another place I usually stay at because of the breakfast photos. Also floors were older carpet, not the "pergo" style floors in the photos. There was a jetted tub...

"We had a party of three and months ago booked a room with two queen beds. When we got to the room it had a king bed. I went back down to the front desk and the employee (with attitude) said that’s all they have and that we could use the pull out sofa bed. I ended sleeping on the pull out bed that was hard as a rock! NOT WHAT I PAID FOR!! We couldn’t switch hotels because there was a lot of events going on in OKC that weekend. Also, we were there three nights and our room was not cleaned daily...

"Staff was extremely polite and healthful despite not having any water fountains or water coolers available on the premises hence the four-star review everything else was okay. It also sucked that they didn't have in-room hot tubs like they promoted online"

"I really liked the location and the way it looked inside and out - even the travelers were friendly and the staff especially. We missed breakfast both days due to much needed sleep, so we can’t account for that. Parking was a challenge because of storms and trying to decide where. I loved our location on the 3rd floor facing the pool. Some realistic notes for us; there were torn cushions in our room, a window leak with clear developing mold, not scary. We could have used some fresh coffee pods...
