"This is a very unique place, especially for Oklahoma. It is very well ran and there wasn't excessive wait times. My only complaint is that there's a few things that aren't included and a lack of on site food options. For what you pay I don't think you should have to pay extra for the kids to play on a bouncy deal. We will definitely be back though. The indoor area slides are very safe feeling and we didn't have an issue letting our 10 and 7 year old go down the slides together, without us."

"Beautiful atrium which my children loved. However, room 512 (suite) was very poorly maintained. The bedroom area had a musty smell with sticky/damp carpeting outside the bathroom. The pullout couch was broken in multiple areas, causing no support and inability to sleep on this. The room overall was well designed but it showed its age and lack of maintenance. Also multiple floors had no working ice machines. We only found floor 10 and 15 to be working. Would recommend staying at other hotel...

"The hotel itself and the grounds were beautiful and immaculate. The set up is odd with a hotel inside a hotel. We did have a hard time finding it since the name was only on one side door. The pool is on the smaller side with both hotels using it. The conference area and the exercise room seemed more than adequate for travelers. Our room was spotless and I must say the beds were some of the most comfortable I've had the pleasure of sleeping on. Bedding was that of a top brand hotel....

"The pool area was the key part, but the beds were the worst beds ive ever slept in and I have traveled a lot. The room was always hot when comming back from our day. Cone to find out they were ahutting off electricity durning peak hours then turning them back on. I was given no notice. The last morning I was there I couldnt even get ready and pack cause power off. I had to go as is. Oh and its 15 dollars a day for parking if you park yourself. I was tokd ten by employee but the parking garage...

"Our first morning, I ordered a 'pot' of coffee to be delivered to our room with 2 cups and half-and-half. What we received, after a 25 minute wait, was two, 12-oz cups of coffee and one 8-oz cup of half-and-half. The second morning, I ordered another 'pot' of coffee with two full breakfasts. We received the 'pot' of coffee this time but, again, with no cups (fortunately we had the two cups in the room) and only 1 set of utensils for the two meals. "This was the nicest Embassy Suites I've stayed at. The room was incredibly spacious, clean, and comfortable. One of the highlights of the stay was breakfast; they'll make scrambled eggs, omelets, or just about any egg dish you want right in front of you.
