"The room was clean. We decided to stay an extra night and they were able to keep us in the same room and we were grateful for that. They had cookies when we checked in and cold water. The staff was helpful in directing us to places we needed to go."

"Everything was good except when we first were checking in it’s kind of confusing and no one welcomed you. And it was confusing because they had like two or more weddings going on so just a lot. It would’ve been a better process if the people were more friendly and helpful otherwise though it’s a nice hotel. The bed was definitely old and kind of dipping in usually westins have really comfortable beds, which is why we chose to stay there."
