"My first room had ants in it all over the bathroom. They switch me to another room and that one flooded with no AC or heat."

"Blood stained sheets not discovered until AFTER sleeping in the bed - was then accused of tampering with the smoke dector - I don't even smoke - blamed for the dirty linens and not given my deposit back. Will never stay with them again. Avoid at all costs this location."

"The gentleman at the front desk was very nice. When we got into our room, we found it was never cleaned. He quickly found a different room to put us in and that room still had garbage in one of the cans. There was no soap in the bathroom to wash our hands with. I feel we should have gotten SOMETHING....literally anything for the inconvenience of getting into a room that was never cleaned."

"I reserved the room with the jetted tub Upon arrival i was told the jetted tub room was having some technical issues with the pipes so we were moved into a king suite. Once we went to the room we noticed it has a heavy odor of cigarettes. We didnt want to be charged for that so we spoke with the receptionist who moved us into another room. Upon inspection we noticed this room hadnt even been cleaned yet. After once again returning to reception we finally got a room that was clean. Breakfast was...

"Breakfast could have had a better selection. Your hotel room is actually 12.00 higher because of a parking fee. This includes handicap. There were plenty of parking spots. I’m tired of these extra fees since there are not very many amenities. "
