"The room was very clean when we arrived the first day. I would have liked room service to remove the small trash bags without having to text and request. The breakfast included in the stay was a nice bonus. Overall the stay was great for the price."

"Booked a King size bed. Got up to our room and it was smaller than the standard King size everyone expects when booking that size. Asked the front desk staff and they insisted it was King size. Did some quick measuring and it is in fact a Queen size for every other person in the country and would have been a deciding factor on where I stayed had I known they were truly a Queen being touted as a King. Very disappointed with the bed size and was able to make do but there are plenty of people out...

"Such a relaxing way to fly out of O'hare on an early am flight. Dinner at the Gaslight was delicious."

"It was acceptable, but nowhere near good. I didn’t realize that courtyards do not give free water bottles to Bonvoy members. There was a soap by the sink, but nothing else… no lotion, no shower cap, nothing. Also I found the bathroom door annoying as it did not stay open. It kept closing and made a slight noise when the door jamb hit the socket plate."
