"The only real downside is that they were doing construction on the floor I was on. I only heard it between 2-4pm when I was in my room, but it sounded like concrete being jack hammered. The buffet breakfast was just ok, compared with my other Hanoi experiences. "

"The location was great as it was slightly outside of the busiest tourist areas, which was a very enjoyable thing because you got to see more of the locals. Food selections were plenty, convenience stores, gyms, pool all within walking distance. The building itself was nice but what REALLY stood out was the customer service."

"We had a fantastic 1-week stay at Hanoi Riverview Boutique Hotel! The suite was absolutely splendid with a pretty balcony and lavish bathtub - my kid especially loved the projector setup which made us feel like we had our own home theatre.
