FLC Luxury Resort Vinh Phuc is an absolutely fantastic hotel magically beautiful, modern, and very well-maintained. The surroundings are peaceful and green with stunning nature all around. The rooms are spacious and elegant, offering great comfort. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, making you feel truly well cared for. The pool, spa area, and other facilities are of very high standard. A place that offers both relaxation and luxury an experience I can warmly recommend

Pleasant accomodation

FLC Luxury Resort Vĩnh Phúc is a very nice hotel with spacious rooms. The room had a big and comfortable bed with soft pillows. The room was clean. The bathroom offered a sufficient number of towels. The staff was friendly. We could order breakfast from the breakfast menu. We didn't find any hand soap in the bathroom. The door to the bathroom was squeaky (I don't understand why the cleaning crew doesn't report this to the maintenance crew so they could fix it). The water from the bathtub was draining very slowly - it was clogged. Overall the stay was pleasant, but there were some minor things they should fix so the stay would be perfect.

Trở lại FLC Vĩnh Phúc sau 4 năm. Đã có thêm biển chỉ đường vào resort, nhưng cái hồ đã bị lấp! Cây cối tốt hơn nhưng vắng hẳn màu sắc sặc sỡ của hoa. Phòng được đốt tinh dầu nhưng rất tiếc là mình bị dị ứng với mùi lạ. Sau khi đề nghị đổi phòng không được chấp nhận thì đành làm theo hướng dẫn " mở toang cửa phòng ra là sẽ hết mùi". Tan tành giấc mơ trưa mặc dù được check in sớm! Điều không thay đổi là những nụ cười và những cái gật đầu chào thân thiện của những người làm tại đó

FLC가 오너 리스크로 흔들리고 있다는 것을 여실히 알 수 있었습니다. 2년전 방문과 비교했을 때 상상할 수 없을 정도로 심각한 상황입니다. 위생상태가 특별히 심각한데 낡은 침구류, 얼룩은 기본이고 냄새까지. 욕실 타월은 냄새가 너무 심해서 씻은 다음에 다시 몸에 냄새가 나게 합니다.

Khuôn viên thoáng đẹp với rất nhiều cây xanh, hoa , hồ nước và ghế ngồi ngoài trời, khu vui chơi trẻ em...Có bể bơi ngoài trời, bể bơi trong nhà và một khu chùa ngay bên cạnh resort. Nhân viên thân thiện. Phòng khá rộng, đầy đủ tiện nghi, đặc biệt ấn tượng là việc cá nhân hoá tên khách hàng qua màn hình tivi ! Buffe cuối tuần đa dạng món. Việc thoát nước trong sàn nhà tắm rất chậm. Nên bổ sung thêm biển chỉ dẫn resort gần khu vực cầu Vĩnh Thịnh vì hơi khó tìm đường vào resort

Biệt thự 1 phòng ngủ không giống trong hình ảnh. phòng không đẹp. phòng này nằm trong 1 căn biệt thự gồm 6 phòng. và mình phải leo thang bộ lên tầng 3 chứ không phải 1 căn biệt thự 1 phòng ngủ. Hơi thất vong về phòng, nó giống như phòng trong nhà nghỉ cao cấp vậy. Bể bơi ngoài trời chấp nhận được. bể bơi trong nhà thì bí quá! Đặt ăn buffet tối lúc đầu NV bảo 450.000k/ suất. đến khi vào ăn thì lại thay đổi thành 500.000k/ suất. Món ăn trong buffet không xứng đáng với giá tiền bỏ ra. ko có nước hoa quả trong tiệc buffet và họ đưa cho mỗi xuất ăn 1 cupon đổi lấy 1 đò uống như: 1 chai nước lọc, hoặc 1 lon bia, hoặc 1 chai fanta có ga. nói chung riêng khoản đồ uống cho tiệc buffet tối quá là nghèo nàn.ko có món kem tráng miệng... không hài lòng. Đồ ăn nấu bình thường, không có món gì đặc sắc cả. Buffet sáng ổn hơn 1 chút vì có thêm đò uống. Chỉ đến 1 lần duy nhất cho biết.

Ưu điểm: Không quá gần hoặc quá xa Hà Nội (khoảng 1h chạy xe). Không gian đẹp. Phòng sạch sẽ, tiện nghi đầy đủ. Thái độ nhân viên thân thiện, phục vụ khá tốt. Nhược điểm: - Phòng nghỉ có vẻ không được quan tâm nhiều. Nền phòng tắm miệng lỗ thoát nước cao hơn nền, nước lúc nào cũng ngập như lụt. Khăn mặt, khăn tắm cũ kỹ, sạm màu, không phù hợp với KS 5 sao. - Đồ ăn (tây) đắt nhưng không ngon, không chuyên nghiệp, phục vụ rất lâu. - Do mang rượu vang vào phòng uống, lỡ tay rớt ra ngoài, nên lấy cái khăn lau tay (rất cũ kỹ) ở bồn rửa mặt lau, bị đòi bồi thường 140k. Cực kỳ bức xúc. Đánh mất tất cả thiện cảm.
