"The friendly, thoughtful, and cheerful staff added warmth to the historic ambiance of the decor. The breakfast was delicious and appealed to Italian and international tastes, a bargain at 10 Euros that efficiently got us off to a busy day. Because we had booked the hotel in advance, the cost was very reasonable for the large, comfortable room. The one drawback was that the bathroom was one step up from the rest of the room. We decided not to bother requesting a change because the room was clean, quiet, and fresh, and close to the elevator and the amenities. I would certainly return to this hotel in the future, and I recommend it highly for its friendliness, cost, convenience, and Italian ambiance. There was a small conference facility that could be used for a wedding or other function. "
