"Honestly have 0 complaints about this place. I went with my fiancé and my two kids (4 years old and 6 months). They are super family friendly and everyone who works there is kind and helpful. They put on shows for the kids every night, really dance parties and my son enjoyed the water park so much. We traveled to Rome a lot, which is about 50 ish minutes, which my fiancé and I enjoyed but my son always looked forward to coming to the “hotel”. There’s also a lot of local food spots less than 10...

"Great hotel! Rooms were very nice and wheelchair friendly for us. The free breakfast at the restaurant (Figo’s) was very nice and we at lunch and dinner there as well. Great restaurant, one of our favorite places in Rome! The front desk staff was very nice and even help arrange private transport to the airport for us which was very helpful. The hotel is in a cute neighborhood with little great markets near by for us to get drinks and snack. Would definitely stay there again."

"The Presidential Suite was very nice, though the door wouldn’t lock unless you slammed it shut. It’s located a little further from air port and cruise port , as well as the attractions - so plan on taxis. There is a free shuttle to the Spanish steps area. The Le Roof restaurant was excellent, so is the one on the first floor. Included breakfast was very good as well."

"Hotel is off the beaten path, requiring transportation to the main sites but it wasn't too bad. Hotel was clean and staff polite. Not much activity happening in the hotel itself, never could tell if the bar was open or not. would have been nice to have a TV in the bar to catch the world cup games. Would have appreciated if the breakfast was included in the bill, it required paying a fee depending on how many days you had breakfast."
