The blow dryer worked intermittently, and we spilled water on the floor and then we cleaned it up the floor was very dirty. There is not separate shampoo, soap and conditioner. Only one product was provided. The door was not working properly and my husband cut his hand when we first arrived just opening the door. Maybe other rooms are better equipped but...
