"The location was well centralized - close to the subway and walking distance to the Nishiki Market. Our 10th floor bedroom was clean, had a nice bathroom and shower, with effective blackout curtains. It was also noticeably quiet. The staff were helpful and friendly. The only problem was the laundry machine we used would not accept our cashless payment (i.e. Suica card) so I had to go to the receptionist and get them to change my 1000 yen bill for 100 yen coins to use for the laundry. The laundry cleaned our clothes ok but did not dry our clothes enough, leaving them damp even after we put in more money to have additional drying time. But that was the only hiccup. Would still definitely stay here again."

"Perfect stay. Free bread, juice and coffee was so good. The bedding really provided the perfect comfort. It was so nice to have the life market and fresco market right around the corner. It was really nice to walk around the small alleys from hotel towards Nishiki Market direction."
