"The staff were not helpful at all the room was nasty there was roaches crawling around everywhere the beds were all stained and there was bed bugs and when I got there they didn't have the room that I was served so I got stuck in a different room all in all that is an awful place to stay"

"You can not check in no desk , no online che k in they expect you to call someone who lives somewhere else and is only available certain time to meet. We were in a different part of la and could not be there at time they were available and never got to check in. We had to rent another actual hotel so we had somewhere to sleep."

"Noticed the basement light on went down stairs and found sheets/towels in the washer and dryer. I put the towels in the dryer and placed the dried sheets in a basket. The carpet very dirty. Kitchen floor dirty, knobs and stove dirty. Because of the uncleanness I did not use the kitchen other than a few glasses. The sink seemed to be backing up when I turned on the water to wash the glasses. Bathroom floor and baseboards dirty. The owners communicated very well prior to the stay. It has great...
