"The rooms look lovely on the surface, but the majority of surfaces were stained and quite scratched up. Would not trust putting items on the stained velvet chairs. More hooks to hang items are needed, one hook to hang towels makes no sense. The towel warmer was hardly large enough for one hand towel. The toilet seat moved every time you sat down. Check out was at 11am, at about 9:50am I heard keys outside the door and someone from the staff was trying to come inside. Unacceptable."

"Immaculate room and property interior, everything worked appropriately and it was a good stay in a good location. The property address is needed as there is no sign. The check in information appropriately noted this but finding the place to drop luggage prior to check in time was a bit confusing. Check in is 4 and check out 10, so a fairly short stay if it’s for 1 night. I would recommend some grit or non-slip strips in the shower as soap made it a bit slippery."
